Facebook Timeline Not So Secret

So I was very intrigued with all the buzz about Facebook’s Timeline especially since the new changes to the homepage are very blah in my opinion.  Of course Mashable had the step by step process on how to update your profile page to Timeline now.  It was pretty simple to do and even scarier that Facebook’s developer page allows anyone to do this.  The reason being is when you complete each step you don’t have to enter in any of your real information…you can make it all up and receive the new Timeline.  Scary right?...

Google+: Is it really the next best thing?

So the net has been buzzing today with debates surrounding the new Google+ social network compared to Facebook. I just signed up for Google+ and in playing with it for couple hours, I think the potential is there. The ease of adding and creating social ‘circles’ by a mere drag and drop is far superior to Facebook’s friend groupings. Why Are We Still Paying For Cell Phones?

Apple released the much anticipated ipad 2 this past week (I bet Best Buy is loving their buy back program right now) with a bunch of new features including FaceTime, the ability to video chat face to face. Steve Jobs made the announcement on March 2 and to no surprise Apple’s stock jumped (AAPL) again. I looked at how Verizon (VZ) and AT&T (T) fared this week in the stock market and to no coincidence both stock were down.  It makes you wonder if FaceTime, Skype, and Google’s Gtalk are going to be the standard way people communicate...
